Born X Raised offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and collaborative releases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is scanned to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
